GOOD TO KNOW

Frequently asked questions

Learn how support requests, remote help and pricing work.

How does RoGurd support work?

Send a support request with your problem and preferred time. RoGurd will confirm whether a suitable appointment and support professional are available, then confirm a price. You agree before it becomes a booking.

Do I talk to a real person?

Yes. RoGurd's customer-facing promise is support from a real person. The website chat panel currently provides navigation options only; it is not a live agent chat.

Can RoGurd help remotely?

Remote help may be suitable for some issues. The support professional must explain the method and get your explicit permission first. You remain in control and may stop access.

Do I need to install anything?

Not in advance. If a particular request may benefit from remote access, the professional will explain the option before you decide. Do not install an unfamiliar tool or share an access code unless you understand and agree.

How long is a session?

The request form lets you ask for 30 or 60 minutes. Availability and the final duration are confirmed by RoGurd before you agree.

What devices do you support?

Everyday computers, phones, tablets, Wi-Fi, printers, email, accounts and common software. Some problems may require a manufacturer, internet provider, bank or qualified repair provider instead.

Can I book for someone else?

Yes. The request form includes the booker’s contact information and separate recipient name, phone and country fields.

Which countries do you support?

Initial markets are the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland. Availability in the recipient’s location and time zone needs confirmation.

What currencies can I pay in?

The website supports a preferred quote currency of USD, GBP, CAD, AUD, NZD or EUR. Actual prices and online payment processing are not configured yet. RoGurd will confirm the price and payment method before you agree.
