This static site has no customer account or online payment system. The request form builds a message on the visitor’s device. The visitor must choose to send it to +1 (814) 482-2840. Do not enter passwords, one-time codes or payment details.
Information in a support request
If you choose to send the prepared message, it includes your contact details, service request and preferred appointment details. A request is not a confirmed booking until RoGurd replies and you agree.
Website hosting
The hosting provider and its handling of access logs, cookies, analytics, and security records must be confirmed by RoGurd and added here before this draft is published as final.
Visitor analytics and device information
Visitor tracking is currently disabled. The site does not currently create a live visitor record, collect device/browser analytics for an admin dashboard, or derive a visitor's country/region. A future optional session feature is designed to request consent for this visit and send the current page and referrer origin. Approximate country/region and device/browser details would be derived by a configured server. Precise location is not collected, and raw IP should not be retained in visitor session records.
Chat and booking
Website chat is not currently connected, so messages cannot be sent or saved through /chat/. The existing booking request may prepare an SMS on your device; it is sent only if you choose to review and send it. If secure chat or server booking is enabled later, RoGurd must explain what contact details, messages, booking/session links and payment status are stored, who can access them, and for how long before enabling the service.
Cookies and local storage
The current visitor tracking and chat integrations are disabled. When visitor session consent is enabled, a temporary browser session choice and pseudonymous visitor/conversation IDs may be stored in session storage to support that visit. Hosting may also create security logs; the hosting provider and log retention still need confirmation.
Use, retention and sharing
RoGurd must specify how request information is used, who can access it, how long it is kept, when it may be shared, and how a person can request access or deletion. These operational details need approval before launch.
Contact and effective date
Privacy contact, applicable business identity, jurisdiction and policy effective date must be added by RoGurd before this page is treated as a final policy.
